Bbi-biotech has developed its own system for standard bioreactors and for single-use systems from third party suppliers. They have succeeded in developing a modular cultivation system for all different types of cells and microorganisms thanks to the joint combination of the latest technologies with decades of application experience.

MAIN FEATURES:
Pilot fermenters are a reliable solution for working with microbiological cultures for scientific research or small biotech production facilities, as well as for expansion technology. The standard “ready-to-use” solutions include all the components necessary for convenient operation with microbial culture applications. After connecting the Fermenter you can start using it right away without having to buy any accessories, furthermore the pilot scale fermenters have a completely aseptic design and can be validated easily. For convenience, all the necessary piping is installed on an open movable stainless steel frame, this helps to save space in the structure and simplifies access for maintenance of the fermenter. All surfaces in contact with the treated materials are made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a surface finish of 0.8 μm, to allow effective CIP (cleaning-in-place). In this model we have a 300 Lt tank with a 20 Lt jacket, an allowable operating pressure of 3 bar and the ability to reach up to 150 ° C.
