Curved lid mounted on hinge, openable and including the following equipments:
Motorized opening, by electric cylinder

- One diameter 200mm manhole, openable, on hinge
- One stainless steel safety valve
- One washing nozzle on clamp connection for manual cleaning in place. Agitation by one axial three-blade device on the tank bottom.

Tank bottom accessories:
One electro-pneumatically controlled ¼ turn drain valve. SMS type threaded connection

- Steam heating regulation system
- Temperature sensor
- Mechanical seal.

Pressure and lubrication monitoring. Controlling system:
Manual electro-mechanical control cabinet
- Eurotherm 2404 electronic programmable temperature regulator
- The agitation turbine speed is manually adjustable with a potentiometer located on the front of the equipment / Eurotherm display
- Control by pushbuttons and status indicators
- Agitation turbine on/off
- Heating on/off
- Buttons to open/close the transfer valve.

Status indicators
- Button to open/close the lid
- Emergency stop.
