100 gallon scrape agitated, jacketed mixing tank by Shuffle-Mix (Netherlands), model 1000-160 T1, manufactured 11-2008.

Features all stainless steel construction with dimple jacketed side walls and bottom, 35" diameter vessel with 31" straight side and slight cone bottom to 4" (100 din) center bottom discharge with internal temperature probe in product stream reducing to 1.5" (40 din) and connecting to discharge "SPX 15" hose pump by Bredel with 1" (25 din) connections with piped by pass and manual butterfly valve, pump discharges through jacketed electrically operated "Promag 50" valve and flow meter by Endress and Hauser, discharge is .750" id with 1.5" tri clamp conneciton, full scraping agitator has hinged plastic scrapers and is mounted through 2/3 full heavy duty bolt on cover with 1/3 hinged opening, 1.1 kw drive by victor @ 36 rpm (60 hz), 30 RPM @ 50 hz, 240/266-416/460 volt @ 60 hz, 220/240-380/415 @ 50 hz, hinged cover has mechanical locking mechanism for holding open position and electro mechanical safety to prevent open operation, 1" single pipe connections with 1.5" tri clamp connection feeds dual 2.5" internal spray balls mounted through cover, dual lifting lugs, two 50 din sanitary threaded connections through cover one is plugged (removable) and one has tank vent, self contained electric jacket fluid heating system, 3000 watts with temperature controller and Grundfos circulation pump moving heating media from discharge valve to bottom jacket to side wall jacket and returning to heater chamber, factory control panel and mounted on support frame with casters.
