Features stainless steel construction with sanitary design and non rated jacket, 29" diameter with median depth of 24" with central divider creating two liquid tight compartments, central divider is .750" thick and one compartment is slightly larger than the other, two Lightning mixers .33 horsepower model Z1L 25, serial # 96/E72589-05 and serial # 96/E72589-06 are independently agitating each side operating on 460 volt/3 phase/60 hz @ 1725-850 rpm, mixers mount from tri clamp mounting, tank od is 31" diameter x 28" high tank, each compartment has slopped bottom to 1" bottom side discharge with 1.5" tri clamp connection, tank compartments are 11. 250" wide and 16.750" wide at widest point with sloped bottoms from 21" to 28" deep, tank is mounted on 30" x 32" Toledo 660 lb/330 kg scale platform, model 2185, serial 2345135-2SM, (scale readout required), mixing shafts with 4" diameter props, 3 lifting eyes, mounted on three 2" pipe legs to scale platform, xp temperature probes in each chamber.
