250 gallon closed top jacketed mixing tank, manufacturer unknown.

Features dish top and slight cone bottom, 40" diameter x 40" straight side, apx 30 degree cone bottom with 3" center bottom outlet, tri clamp connection and 46" floor clearance, internal temperature well on cone, dish top has 18" manway with hinged gasketed cover and locking mechanism, 2" top inlet with internal fill pipe extending down tank wall to bottom of straight side, 1" spray ball connection with acme bevel seat connection (spray ball required), 2.5" tri clamp connection, flange mounted Lightnin, model XJSS-30, 1/3 horsepower mixer @ 350 RPM, 208-230/460/3 ph, TEFC, with shaft and prop, tank body is fully jacketed, insulated and shrouded, (no mfg tag visible), formerly operated on house steam pressure of 11 psi and pneumatic tested by CTC at 20 PSI, vessel is mounted on four SS interconnected legs with floor pads. Formerly used in branded cosmetic manufacturing.
