50 gallon jacketed sanitary mixing tank by Cherry Burrell, serial # E-217-91. Features all stainless steel construction with food grade polish, full shrouded and insulated body with 8. 5 squre foot coil type jacket on side walls, 24" diameter x 28. 5" side wall with flat sloped bottom to 1. 5" bottom front discharge with apx 14" floor clearance, bottom side flush temperature sensor, portable mixer mounting with secondary mild steel structure mounted on it for addition mixer height and more central position over tank, four ss legs with threaded leveling feet, two bottom jacket inlets, 42" overall height, jacket tested to 20 psi. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
