Features pharmaceutical grade 316L sanitary design with polished finish, fully jacketed body is national board rated (# 334) for 100 PSI @ -20 to 325 F, hydrostatically tested to 158 PSI, coil type jacket, vessel is 30" diameter x 66" straight side with dish bottom, center bottom outlet with 2" air operated flush seating ball valve, 15" floor clearance and tri clamp connection, internal temperature well with baffle guard, 1/2 hinged, gasketed cover, closed half has four top inlets (3-2", 1-3") with tri clamp connections, internal spray ball is mounted through 3" port, Lightnin "Vektor" model V6C75 angle mounted mixer with 1 HP motor and two 10"- 3 blade agitators on bottom bearing mounted mixing shaft, dual top side lifting lugs, mounted on three stainless steel legs, tank body is shrouded and insulated.
