Description

Lee Industries 500-gallon stainless steel Jacketed Tank with Double Motion Agitation, constructed of 304 stainless steel.

Measures 56in diameter x 58in straight side with flat top and dish bottom.
Internal agitation is set up for side and bottom scrapers, as well as counter-rotating center agitation.
Driven by a top-mounted drive through a gear reducer. 7.5 HP motor, 1735 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, with a gear reducer ratio of 17.1 resulting in an output of 100 RPM.
The tank features a 3-zone jacket.
Vessel is mounted on 3 stainless steel legs and has a 3in diameter center bottom outlet.
Design pressure: 100 PSI, design temperature: 338 Deg. F.
National Board number 32898.

Jacket is in good condition, pinion gear and bottom gear are worn.
Previously used in cosmetics industry.
