Walker Stainless model PZ-CR, no. 7199, date 6-1992, drwg SP-21306-D
67 inch id. x 75 inch with dished bottom, flat top w/hinged lids
Has (3) zone side and bottom jacket rated for 15 psi @ 250 deg. F
and 100 psi @ 100 deg. F for cooling
Agitator with (2) 3-blade and (1) saw tooth blade, approx. 10 inch diameter each
Shaft is 1 3/4 inch diameter tapered to 1 5/8 inch on top
Offset mount drive unit was damaged but we may have a replacement for it.
has a 3 inch bottom center outlet that can accommodate a flush mount valve(n/i)
Also has a 4, 3, and 2 inch tri-clamp top inlets
91 inch to top lip + 8 inch for bridge + drive (to be determined)
