Description

50-liter reactor vessel constructed from 316L stainless steel with a 12in diameter and 24in straight side. The tank includes a clamped top head, dish top, and cone bottom. It is equipped with a Lightnin P6S05K top-entry agitator and features (3) 1in, (2) 1/2in, and (1) 1.5in top ports for process access. A 2in bottom side outlet with valve provides discharge control. The vessel is fully jacketed and rated for 50 PSI internal pressure and 125 PSI jacket pressure at 300 Deg. F. Mounted on a mobile aluminum frame, this unit is designed for sanitary use in compact process environments.
