I believe it is Welded, indicated by a “W” stamp in the corner.

It was purchased used, but has never been used by us and has sat in storage for several years. There appears to be a sealant or inorganic crude in the bottom outlet, but otherwise it is extremely clean with no visible corrosion or deterioration of any kind.
