Description

Twin insulated stainless steel sanitary 100 gallon tanks, mounted on common base, 30" diameter x 36" straight side, dished heads, 18" hinged top manway with o-ring gasket mounted towards front of tank, top of tank has 2-2" & 1-3" with 1" reducer feeding twin 2.5" diameter spray balls with hair pin connected pipe for easy removal, second tank has 3-3" & 1-1.5" ports, (one 3" port has 1" reducer and same spray ball configuration) 2" center bottom discharge with internal outlet baffle and air operated diaphragm valve, all connections are tri clamp, each tank has 4" ID bottom instrument port with 5" OD clamping flange, vessels were formerly part of CIP system as USP water rinse and USP rinse recovery in pharmaceutical service.
