Description

This 1,000 gallon stainless steel square tank with glass manway and internal mesh cylinders is a top-quality product suitable for various process engineering equipment needs. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel that ensures durability and longevity. The square shape of the tank and forklift rails allows for easy handling and transport, while the glass manway provides an easy access view to the internal mesh cylinders. This tank is perfect for those in the food and beverage and chemical manufacturing industries.

ORIGINAL PURPOSE: This is a custom-made 1,000 square stainless steel tank was made to fit into a shipping container for a portable water purification and mineralization process for a purified drinking water system. It was made to last forever and entirely dipped and cured with an electropolishing process to treat every weld to be rust-proof with a mirror finish. The electropolishing process alone cost $5K in addition to the cost of the tank fabrication which was $15k. When it was new three years ago, it cost our company $20k.

The cost of it is because the internal inter-frame was designed to hold 24 6" diameter X 4-foot mesh cylinders that were housing to a water filtration resin that was very heavy. This is why this tank was built like a tank. However, if you were to use it as a regular storage tank that can fit better in your facility, this would be an excellent choice for you. The large manway, viewport, and many tri-clamp connection options give this tank a multi-functional utility. The connections allow you to install a large vertical sight glass tube, pumps, and instruments, including UV lights and an ultrasound level indicator.

It's a big, beautiful beast of custom creation that can be used for many purposes. We used a PLC system to automate the process, which is why it has so many fitting inlets and outlets.

The tank comes with all 24 mest cylinders if you can use them.

The photos you see here do not give it justice because we have not cleaned it since it was last used, and it has a dried calcium film that can easily come off with cleaning chemicals. Once you clean this bad boy, it will shine its mirror finish and look as good as new.

This is a unique piece of equipment. It does not exist anywhere, so it's one of a kind.
