Short rollstock machine meant for small processor. Was used in a USDA & Custom butcher shop. Still in use today. You can see it running. Easy set up with power and air. Our butcher shop does 1500 head of beef and 1300 hogs in a year. This is perfect for that volume. Cuts packing time down and provides the best seal. Comes with 4 molds for your set up. Runs great. Has had an electrical upgrade recently. Very little down time, easy to run. I will provide more dimensions soon.
