    Description

    This is an industrial custom designed Ion Exchange (IX) Systems (see attached pictures) suitable for use with up to 100 cubic feet of resin capacity, this is a complete skid mounted unit with the pH and ORP meters and vacuum system used to convert the carbonate salt to carbonate gases, the exchange columns having Alloy 20 internal distributors, Alloy 20 sulfuric acid metering system, CPVC piping and automatic valves and PLC based automatic control systems with a complete manual. This IX is capable of being programmed for any cycle for any type of processing. 

    This unit cost over $250,000.00 to be built back, however the plant got shut down and the equipment went to storage.

    Skid mounted unit size 8ft x 11 x 11.5 and weight about 2500 pounds.
