    Description

    We offer Latest MBR technology (12500 GALLONS PER DAY CAPACITY ) for Sewage Treatment with following details :-

    This treats wastewater for a community of 400 to 500 persons per day

    1. Screening
    Sewage & Process Influent shall be received in Separate Screening Chamber for removing coarse particles by a manual screens fitted with SS Screen for cleaning of coarse solid waste , thus reducing the BOD load . The solids collected should be stored for disposal to landfill later.

    2. Oil , Grit or Primary Clarifier
    The screened Sewage shall enter separate oil and grease traps where the oil and grease shall float on top of the chamber and will be manually skimmed off while some small solids which were not removed in screening will settle at the bottom and will be removed to the sludge beds. This also reduces BOD load.

    3. Biological Aeration Tank + Anoxic Tank (Skid Mounted)
    The Primary Clarified Influent is then treated in biological aeration tank equipped with diffusers and blowers for aeration system. Here the BOD and COD loads are further reduced with help of aerobic bacteria . The Aeration should be done non stop here so that bacteria is always present. Anoxic System is combined

    4. MBR with Pumps and Automation (Skid Mounted)
    Here the separation of influent from the biomass of aeration tank takes place by clarification system by Latest MBR Membranes . The settled biomass is retained in the aeration tank while the excess sludge is drained to the sludge beds. This system has screen to separate it from Bio Tank.

    5. PH Correction and Flow measurement.
    PH is corrected and flow is measured by a flowmeter.
