This is an industrial ozone water purification system used in a nutraceutical facility to purify reclaimed process water. The plant produces food for human consumption, thus, no toxic chemicals have ever been processed through the system. The system is currently installed such that it can be turned on and demonstrated. Spare ozone bulbs are included.
The system can be operated manually. However, we connected it to a plant automation system such that it would be activated when the tank level reached a certain point. A 3-way output valve was changed based on the ORP value. Sensors also provide water pressure before and after, air input PSI, and air output PSI.
The OEM components are made in China. Industrial systems sourced locally started at $70,000, were skid mounted, and could not be integrated into our plant automation. (Their OEM components were also sourced from China.) By sourcing direct we were able to save almost 50%.
