Brand new – never used – factory sealed – always stored in a climate controlled storage facility.

Ultra-purification water treatment system created to transform any water source from 300+ ppm to 1ppm or less with the option for leased/renewed deionization units from evoqua or a qualified company in your area to achieve ~1 part-per-billion ultra-pure water for applications ranging from food and beverage production to manufacturing applications to electronics and semiconductor levels of ultra-pure quality.

Ultra-efficient water use with state-of-the-art double-pass ro design for ~90% water utilization, less than 10% waste water.

System flow rates (variability is possible):
1. Current state: output of 190gpm from storage tank
2. System makeup flow to tank of 60 gpm and 120gpm with optional expansion upgrades, mainly being with additional ro filters on the 2nd pass ro skid and an additional carbon tower

The system is configured with the following integrated systems:
1. X2 sediment bag filters - washable
2. Activated carbon tower skid-mount with new carbon and backwashing system for carbon longevity
3. Anti-scalant injection for RO longevity
4. 1st pass RO: large main skid-mounted
5. 2nd pass RO: smaller skid-mounted for ultra-efficient water use (option to double output 12gpm to 24 GPM)
6. RO waste water storage tank for optional utilization for other applications
7. Optional: rental x2 deionization units – leased locally by you to available specs
8. 1.0 micro filter
9. Storage tank: 2,000 gallon – 316ss: 72' diameter x 120' straight side - 30psi operating pressure
10. Ozone generation system skid-mounted from pacific ozone with 15hp distribution pumps
11. UV ozone destruction and sterilization skid-mounted - sensor monitored
12. Optional rental polishing mixed-bed di units – leased locally by you to available specs
13. Final skid-mounted polishing filter 0.2 micron
14. Conductivity sensor with and auto shut-off

Control system:
Allen Bradley PLC mounted in a NEMA steel enclosure with adequate remote I/O and software to provide complete automated control of the water treatment system.

Installation, maintenance, and remote monitoring services are available from Evoqua water technologies directly.
