My most important question is whether this machine can be adjusted for different size packages. It is currently set up for 10” long packages. Can the lugs be added, changed to make these packages smaller? Are there any changes to the based machine that create limitations on its functionality? Hello, Here are the spec on the Carrera 500 PC. http://bidonequipment.info/pdf%20files/Carrera%20500PC.pdf The 10" is the sealing jaw width. The machine is a one up. You would have to call Illapak to convert the machine to a two up sealer. Your package can be as wide as 0.8 to 9". Length 2" to 19.7". I ran a 4.5 oz muffin through this wrapper 3" wide by 3" long by 3.5" tall. This machine can do 20 to 100 PPM. So this machine is very adjustable. It is currently at a small bakery in southern California.
