This Microtronic wrapper is a fully automated electronic wrapper intended for the customer who changes products three of four times a day and has no skilled on-site electronic troubleshooting capability.

Eight foot infeed conveyor
Safety interlocks on guards and doors where necessary
Belt driven cutting head with u-joint drive
Two sets of Finwheels. Heated Finwheel opens automatically when wrapper stops.
Double Parent roll back stand with air operated festoon rolls for maintaining proper film tension.
cutting Head with Flat Belt discharge conveyor.
All motors are sealed, brushless type
Electric Eye for two-way sealing material feed correction.
