Automatic intermittent motion overwrapper machine, suitable to bundle the product using stretchable film, which guarantees high productivity, reliability, accuracy in bundling and easy use. MAIN FEATURES:
The ASK 300 is a fully automatic machine for vertical stacking and stretchbanding of products. The adjustment of the infeed conveyor enables integration with all variations of upstream machines. Setting the height of collations and quantity of products per stack can be achieved with digital read-outs within seconds. The time for size change to other vials sizes is very short. PLC equipped and with low noise level. The controls and gages of the electrical control cabinet are centrally located and arranged for maximum operating convenience. The most important controls are protected by a transparent lockable cover on the panel. All valves of the pneumatic cabinet are centralized in a soundproofed cabinet. Painted steel construction, infeed product guides with belts. Guarding around machine for protection.
