    DESCRIPTION:
    Unwrapping machine which allows to extract and unwrap various products packed in stretch film or shrink film and feed the production line in a completely automatic way. Compact and flexible machine with a simple and linear design.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    The tray unloading unwrapping machine works with plastic and glass bottles of different shapes and sizes which arrive wrapped in shrink film and in order to be further processed they must be removed from the packaging and then manually repositioned on product feed trays. With the thrust plane the machine is able to feed the belts of the production lines with high speed and constant perfection. The machine has been designed with the aim of obtaining high performance in a small space and with considerable autonomy. The IMA unit eliminates the setup times and costly format changes that occur with classic bottle sorters, ensuring high productivity in a small workspace. The bundle to be treated is placed manually or by means of an automatic depalletizer on the inlet roller conveyor and continues its run up to the translator that accompanies it inside the machine. During this path, heated knives make several cuts on the casing. The bundle continues its run to the bottle extraction position. The latter are then positioned on the unloading hopper. The bottle unloading system eliminates any overturning problem and the need to have a minimum load at the beginning and end of the processing cycle. The machine control terminal allows the control of all work operations, the setting of operating parameters and reporting of any anomalies.
