DESCRIPTION:
The PRB FAR 2001 automatic bundler was designed for the wrapping and packaging of various products for different market sectors. High reliability combined with great format flexibility. The positive film unwinding system and the transport of the products with a mechanical comb allow excellent packaging quality.

MAIN FEATURES:
The wrapping machine FAR 2001 has only mechanical cam movements with complete automatic operation. This machine is able to execute the grouping of cartons in bundles and to wrap or band them completely. The work cycle is defined by the following operations: carton feeding, bundle forming, spool unwinding and film cutting, bundle winding, film folding and sealing. The film is heat sealed and the operation is controlled by temperature controllers. The carton stratification system is mechanic and in direct, synchronized pick-up. The strata number, for machine cycle, is determined by a couple of gears which changes in relation of the format. Recommended films: Cellophane MST 350 e XST 350 – 40 gr./mq., Polypropylene PP bipositioned, bisealing 26 ÷ 32 micron, Retractable thermosealing PVC 8 – 10% antistatic 30 micron, Cellophane 630 MS enameled Hotmelt, for tear tape. The machine is designed for the tear-off tape system (not present).
