Description

DESCRIPTION:
Automatic machine with alternating movements operating with reels of shrinkable film. The machine, thanks to its versatility, is suitable for operating with multiple and different forms of product. The packages obtained are subsequently heat-shrunk by the tunnel placed at the exit of the shrinkwrapper. Pneumatic system for maintaining the shape of the bundle. Electronic bundle pusher to ensure controlled acceleration and deceleration that avoid sudden movements of products with low stability. The machine is designed to pack single or bundled cases or products in pre-glued cartons or trays of standardized dimensions.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The product coming from the upstream line enters the belt that accompanies it up to the level layering area. The bundle thus composed is pushed forward by the electronically controlled pusher. The number of thrusts depends on the number of rows that will make up the bundle. Pushed forward, the bundle causes the unwinding of the film from the two reels and placed above and below the bundle preparation area. At the end of the forward translation stroke, the pack is blocked by a brake device that prevents it from moving back during the mechanical tensioning phase of the film, when, with a pneumatic device, the film is pulled backwards, thus tightening the product package. After tensioning the film, the rear sealing of the bundle just finished is performed simultaneously with the initial sealing of the next bundle in preparation and in the middle the cutting for the separation of the windings. The bundle then enters the shrink tunnel where the work cycle is completed.
