DESCRIPTION:
Semi-automatic sealer with shrinking tunnel with automatic cycle. The sealers Pactur thanks to their production concepts, can be easily transported. The electronical control grants good performances and user friendly functioning. Although they have a limited foot print, are equipped with a real shrink tunnel, which grants high packaging perfomances and excellent results.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine is compact, reliable and simple, allowing the use of polyethylene, PVC, polypropylene and technical films. Equipped with an electronic system that automatically controls the sealing time: "intelligent sealing". The automatic belt cycle allows to take back a product packaged on the same side where it was loaded, or take it out on the opposite side. The sealer has: complete program under microprocessor control, exclusive controlled sealing device that automatically regulates the sealing blade, control panel and adjustment with sensitive keys, self-clocking system (S.A.C.) for automatic regulation of the temperature of the blade. Tunnel temperature, belt speed, belt run, retraction time, sealing time are programmable. Automatic sealing lock by electromagnetic locks. Mechanical control of the height adjustment of the worktop according to the height of the product. Retraction tunnel with reinforced insulation and recirculation of forced air, electronic thermostat controlling the temperature.
