    Description

    Self-propelled/guided machine for wrapping palletised loads of any shape, size or weight using stretch film. Ideal for unstable, heavy or oversize loads.

    Small, easily maneuverable and battery powered means the unit can be stored out the way when not in use, freeing up valuable space. On board controls also allow the Sfera to be moved from place to place quickly and without any hassle - if longer trips are required there are special lifting holes on both sides of the machine for a Fork Truck to lift the unit - no dismantling is required.

    Approximately 8hrs of battery life or up to 200 pallets - Charging of the batteries is achieved via an on board charger which is powered by a standard 13 amp plug.

    Easy to use, multifunctional control panel with a standard range of adjustments for wrapping. The Sfera also only requires a surprisingly small area to operate in - only 1200mm around the circumference of the pallet being wrapped.

    The powered rollers pre stretch the film before application which in turn makes for a more economical approach and improves load containment. Expect to save about 40 to 50% over hand wrapping.

    The Sfera has a unique design of mechanism for raising and lowering the film carriage which allows it to operate in low headroom areas and makes it possible to move through doorways without having to drop a traditional mast. It can wrap pallets up to a height of 2100mm using this unique arm.

    The horizontal wheel you see in the images helps guide the machine around the load that is being wrapped, and if for any reason it may need changing this is a hassle free job of just a few nuts and bolts.

    Safety wise the Sfera has an emergency stop button on the main control panel, but also contains a unique emergency stop bumper. If this comes in contact with anything or anyone then this will automatically stop the machine immediately.

    THIS MACHINE IS EX-DEMONSTRATION - VERY MINIMAL DAMAGE, ONLY VERY MINOR MARKS - NEAR ENOUGH BRAND NEW.
