    Description

    Carpigiani/Coldelite, large, 40 quart, water-cooled, three phase, batch freezer. We have Taylor and Carpigiani products in new condition with all of their parts. The batch freezer works excellent, and makes 40 quarts of ice-cream in 10 minutes. The machine makes homemade hard ice-cream, perfect for any type of ice-cream store you own.

    The batch freezer is silver with blue and white accents on the top panel. Clearly displayed, light up squares on the top panel, tell the ice-cream maker how many minutes are left before your ice cream masterpiece is complete. The sliver handle and door, easily open to the vast container that is where the 40 quarts of your ice-cream is churned to perfection. The machine runs on electricity from a nearby outlet, but it will function well with other large machinery running in the same room.

    I have never had any problems with it, and it is in great condition. All parts for this machine are included and are in working condition. This machine is built to last for the next 30+ years!
