Features fully automatic capping operation, six cap tightening quills with manual spacing adjustment, 4.5" side x 7' long table top chain conveyor, twin manually adjustable container gripping belts with adequate room for second set of belts, 24" diameter centrifugal cap sorter, cabinet style base with opposing removeable service doors, factory controls operating on 120 volt/1 phase with all motors operating on 90 volt DC with variable speed on all, unit is mounted on casters with screw down floor jacks, controls have facilities for bulk feed hopper vibrator and floor mounted cap feeder. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging (cap end chute required)
