    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the checkweigher is to detect the deviations of the nominal weight of a series of similar objects and to compare these deviations with the limit values of acceptability that have been set and to calculate the weight trend of the production of the line in which the machine is inserted. The machine is designed to offer mechanical simplicity and application in a generality of practical cases. The machine is inserted in a selected point of the packaging line or is placed as a control terminal station. The machine can be equipped with multiple belt conveyors, normally the central one constitutes the weighing belt, while the lateral ones similar to each other constitute the input and output ones. The FDA machine was designed and built to be as clean as possible, the cabinet encloses the three transports and isolates them from the outside.

    SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

    MAIN FEATURES:
Each conveyor is driven by a DC motor controlled by an electric drive with tacho dynamo feedback. This allows for an equal speed and simultaneous control of the three conveyors in a variable speed range from zero to 100 meters per minute. The position of the object on the weighing belt is detected by a photocell placed at the entrance of the conveyor itself, this is essential to define the moment in which the weight signal must be evaluated. The weight signal provided by the weighing transport is amplified by the electronics and translated into a number, compared with the values of the allowed tolerances, previously set, then deflected or expelled from the line if this does not fall within the expected tolerances.
