Description

All stainless steel sanitary food grade included cleated conveyor; manufacturer is unknown. Features all stainless steel sanitary construction with no tools disassembly for cleaning, 12" wide white interlox plastic chain conveyor with 2" high cleats at 10" centers, conveyor discharges at 72" as shown and 84" at peak of discharge, removable hopper and dump grate, set at 34.5" floor height to brim as shown, entire travel length of conveyor has two piece hinged cover, conveyor belt idler pulley has manually operated quick release lever allowing for quick cleaning and maintenance without tools, conveyor is directly driven by all stainless steel Lesson washguard SST 1/2 horsepower (@60 hz) motor and hub city gear reducer @ final co shaft RPM of 58, 208-230/190/260/380/50/60 hz/3 phase, 1450 RPM @ 50 hz, 1750 @ 60 hz, all stainless steel housed bearings, conveyor drive pulley no tools removable cover, mounted on swivel casters with thread mountings allowing height increase up to 6". Formerly used in cheese packaging.
