All stainless steel cleated inclined conveyor by Shibuya Hoppmann, model Prefeeder EH25, serial # 004657. Features 68" + discharge height, all stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish, 9" wide Delrin table top chain conveyor belt with 8" wide x 2" high cleats @ 9" centers. 42" x 48" x 32" deep bulk hopper with hinged acrylic cover, clean out door and hopper vibrator with variable control, conveyor discharge height may be extended by setting threaded leveling feet at higher position, discharge point is 28" from front of floor frame, conveyor incline and horizonal travel lengths have acrylic hinged covers, 1/4 horsepower drive and gear reducer directly driving conveyor bottom pulley at 43 RPM, 208-230/460/3 phase voltage, 120 volt/1 phase required for hopper vibrator, mounted on casters. Formerly used as bottle feeder for unscrambler in cosmetic packaging.
