Description

All stainless steel USDA design vertical lift conveyor by Ned-Conveyor Design, LLC (Newark, NJ). Features 18" wide food grade belt with side flexing walls and 10.750" wide cleats x 2.5" high with 1" forward extending lifting lip set a 13" centers, conveyor as shown is discharging at 70" with a peak discharge of 91", belt has bottom central driving spine and top face has tracking strip to insure belt position, 1/2 horsepower motor is NEMA 4X washdown duty with SS 30 to 1 gear reducer directly driving belt pully at 38.5 RPM maximum, motor is inverter duty rated with mounted AC frequency NEMA 4X speed control (220/3 phase service), motor is 208-230/460/3 phase, 1.9-1.8/0.9 amps, 60 hz, 1155 RPM, removeable bottom spill tray with 1.5" tri clamp discharge, mounted on locking swivel casters with adjustable threaded mountings. Formerly used in fruit and vegetable processing.
