MAIN FEATURES:
The machine VACUSPEED was developed as a transfer device for powder and granular materials, because it operates using only compressed air without a power source, can be used in hazardous areas that require explosion proof apparatus. The low transport speed makes this device especially suitable for all those materials that cannot withstand shocks and which must not be mixed during transport. The unit is quiet, maintenance-free, it is easily removable and washable. The machine consists of two parts: a base and a machine body. The body can be easily separated from the base for periodic cleaning operations without having to also remove the latter from the production line. The discharge mouth of the machine body is provided with a flap valve to perfect vacuum seal and pressure and which allows a complete draining of the product. The body is made primarily from stainless steel 304, the VACUSPEED can be easily disassembled and cleaned.
Features: The duration of operation and back-flushing is adjustable by the timer, remote controlled, automatic level control.
