    Description

    Complete Bag-in-Box Filling line, previously filling 5-Liter bags of wine into boxes at a capacity of total 72 bags per minute (18 bags per minute per filler), operated until July 2023.

    Line includes (2) Meta System Case Formers, Hartness 2200-H Laner, (4) Scholle AF-12CSV Bag-in-box fillers, Mettler Toledo checkweigher, Markem Imaje Coding equipment, Nercon Tower Accumulator, Douglas TF/L case packer, Douglas Contour shrink wrapping system and ABC fully automatic palletizer with Wulftec Orbital Wrapper.

    System includes (2) Meta Systems Smurfit-Stone Model Servo HS 150 case formers with Nordson Glue systems and take away conveyors. Boxes are conveyed to Hartness Model 2200-H Model 5 Laner with 48in wide belt that divides boxes into four lanes.

    Offered with (4) Scholle Model AF-12CSV Bag Filling Stations with single head fill nozzle including spouted bag feed system and guillotine cutter.

    Individual bags are then dropped into the preformed boxes and conveyed onto (4) 80ft long stainless steel belt conveyors.

    Bag-in-boxes are then fed through laner to convey boxes onto 5-1/2in wide box conveyor with Markem Imaje SmartLase Model C350 laser coder, ICS Inex Model Customer ISP STA spout detector and Mettler Toledo Model CM6000XS Hi-speed checkweigher.

    Boxes are then conveyed to Douglas Model Continuous Motion Top Sealer with Nordson ProBlue 10 hot glue system. Line includes a Nercon Model Custom Box Accumulator with dual sided 20ft high accumulation towers, measuring 12in wide with 7-1/2in spacing between levels.

    Boxes are conveyed to Douglas Model Laner to change from 1-laneto 4-lanes, fed into Douglas TF/L case packer with pusher arm to feed BIBfts onto trays, and fed through Douglas Contour Shrink Wrapper with tunnel.

    Wrapped cases are then fed over various Hytrol conveyors to ABC Model NODE 7 Palletizer with Wulftec Model WCRT-200 orbital wrapper including powered roller conveyor.

    System includes all interconnecting conveyors, drives, controls, etc.
