Description

Designed to fill vials with liquid and apply a full or partial rubber stopper. Can accommodate vials ranging in size from 14mm to 52mm diameter x 34.8mm to 120mm high. Fill range: 2ml to 100ml. Can accommodate rubber stoppers from 13mm to 20mm diameter. This is a table top unit constructed in stainless steel complete with turntable, filling system, plugging system and vial collection on trays. Comes with an enclosed and separate control panel with an Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 600 touch screen controller. Machine is equipped with a Flexicon peristaltic pump, diving nozzle apparatus, vibrating sorter and feeding bowl for rubber stoppers and inserter. Bowl and filler assembly are height adjustable. Electrics: 3/60/380 volts. Air requirements: 5 to 7 Bar.
