DESCRIPTION: Automatic ampoule filling machine for liquids BOSCH – STRUNCK model AVR D08. It is suitable for the treatment of all kinds of pharmaceutical products. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability. The technological solutions, the quality of materials and ease of use are the elements that ensure the operational reliability of this machine. SECTORS OF USE: Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing. MAIN FEATURES: The ampoules are fed in bulk onto the infeed conveyor belt. The glass ampoule are continuously filled by 16 syringe stations, and then sealed. The fine adjustment and fill volume control can be carried out easily by means of a dosing facility. After sealing a star wheel at the discharge point transports the finished ampoules to subsequent machines for further processing. The machine is complete with laminar flow hood model LVS C. The currently installed format is 2 ml, also available are format for 1 and 5 ml ampoule.
