DESCRIPTION:
The RFC8C is a high-speed automatic filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations of round plastic bottles and vials.

MAIN FEATURES:
Monobloc machine with continuous movement built in stainless steel for filling and closing the bottles. The machine is equipped with an OZAF Mod. RO 1000 feeder orientator. The format change takes place by adjusting and replacing some parts of the machine and it is a simple operation. The machine fills with 8 syringes and can dose liquid or dense products. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosage and are connected to the nozzles by means of special tubes to deliver the dosed product. The cap insertion unit is equipped with a series of grippers that hook the plastic caps, sucking them. Rotating, the unit brings the cap onto the bottle, where it is inserted and released. The capping unit consists of 8 capping heads. All the most important operating functions are continuously monitored via a series of sensors. The speed of the following functions can be adjusted: filling, capping, cap vibrator, outfeed belt, roller. The filler is complete with a format for 10ml plastic bottles.
