DESCRIPTION:
The T40P is a high-speed automatic filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations of plastic or glass bottles and vials, of different shapes.

MAIN FEATURES:
Machine with alternating movements built in AISI 304 stainless steel for filling and closing the bottles complete with conveyor belt both at the entrance and at the exit. The format change takes place through the adjustment and replacement of some parts of the machine and is a simple operation. The capping is performed with plastic caps and with or without undercaps but the machine is able to handle any type of metal, plastic, screw or pressure cap. The machine is also supplied with 8 carousel stars of different additional bottle formats. The machine works automatically, if it is constantly fed with bottles and caps. Photocells monitor that there is a constant load of the material, that the cap is applied correctly and that at the exit the packaged bottle is extracted from the work carousel by the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a safety hood to eliminate any type of accident during the work phases and is totally washable with a water jet.
