DESCRIPTION:
The RF1000 is a high-speed filling and closing machine designed to perform in-line dosing, filling and capping operations of plastic bottles and vials.

SECTORS OF USE:

MAIN FEATURES:
Monobloc machine with continuous movement built in stainless steel for filling and closing the bottles. The machine is equipped with a vibratory cap feeder. The format change takes place by adjusting and replacing some parts of the machine and it is a simple operation. The machine fills with 4 syringes and can dose liquid products. The syringes are fully adjustable in dosage. The rotating cap insertion unit brings the cap onto the bottle, where it is inserted and released. All the most important operating functions are continuously monitored via a series of sensors. The filler is complete with a format for 250 ml plastic bottles with dimensions 70 x 35 x 170 H mm and screw cap diam. mm 30 x 25 H.
