Some manufacturers say that their fan coil or air handling unit is glycol rated, that may be true, but does it deliver the rated tonnage with glycol as a medium? Most fan coils are tonnage rated with water, if glycol is used as a medium, the output of the chiller is decreased below that of the unit rating.
