One 40 quart 2/3 jacketed tilting steam kettle mounted on a 24" wide gas boiler base, Vulcan-Hart Model No. 1T4024G. Steam control calve on right trunnion leg. 12" double temperature deck mounted faucet. 200,000 BTU/hr. gas steam boiler. Requires 120 volt.

This unit has been well maintained. Kettle has a faucet with hot and cold water controls. This is a handy piece of equipment for batch cooking that you don't have to stand over while it cooks.
