    40 gallon electrically heated kettle by Groen, model EE-40, serial # 75645. Features all stainless steel food grade construction, NSF stamped, 26" diameter x 22" deep, dish bottom with 1.5" center bottom tangential outlet with factory draw off valve @ 13.5" floor clearance, electrically heated fluid filled national board rated (# 75645) jacket for 30 PSI @ 300 degrees F, CRN # 1236. 9c, 21.6 kW, 208 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 60 amps, jacket fluid sight glass, pressure gauge and manual temperature control, hinged one piece cover, mounted on three SS legs with threaded leveling floor feet. Formerly used in food manufacturing.(new replacement $14,750. 00)
