Features all stainless steel construction, NSF stamped for food grade service, national board rated jacket (#3264) is rated for 20 PSI @ 259 F and is designed to heat fluid filled jacket from dual 6 kw thread in electric immersion heaters, temperature controller, low water sensor, jacket fluid sight glass, fully shrouded body, 24" diameter vessel x 20" deep with center bottom discharge and tangential 1.5" outlet, mounted on three stationary legs with threaded adjustable floor pads, side mounted filling faucet, two piece hinged cover.
