Features all stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish and NSF approved design, tilting kettle body has fluid-filled jacket with electrical heating national board rated (# 1007) for 50 PSI @ 300 F, operating on 208 volt/3 phase, 6.3 kw, custom-built agitator with hinged nylon scraper blades driven by Gast air operated, 1 horsepower drive with gear reducer, variable speed via controlled airflow to motor, mounted on stainless steel table with base and casters, OAD 32" x 21" x 60" high, full cover has 1/4 hinged opening and two hold-down bolts for mounting. Formerly used in personal care products.
