Features all stainless steel food grade construction meeting NSF standards, fluid-filled electrically heated jacket with variable temperature control for 145 to 260 F, power indicator and on/off switch, jacket is national board rated (# 31222) for 50 PSI @ 298 F, mounted on tabletop base with single post mount manually tilting kettle with pouring spout.
