Description

Groen 20 quart (5 gallon) 304 stainless steel steam jacketed kettle. Model TDC/2-20. National Board/ Serial # 15244.

Kettle is 12" diameter with 11" straight side Kettle has spout.

Kettle has scrape agitation that tilts out of the kettle.

Ashcroft temperature gauge range is 0 F to 250 F.

The jacket is rated at 45 psi @ 300 f. National Board stamped.

Kettle is on work table 19" wide x 36" long x 57.75" tall with fold down tilt up table 12" deep.

Bottom has 1" drain. Jacket connections are 1/2".

Controls have variable speed. Requires 240 vac 1 ph electrical supply.
