The Cleveland MKEL-100-T 100 gallon tilting 2/3 steam jacketed electric mixer kettle quickly churns large batches of batters, mashed potatoes, and sauces to a smooth consistency! Infinitely variable speed controls allow you to stir its contents to perfectly mix up processed meats for vacuum-sealing. Plus, gallon markings along the inside of the kettle along with nylon blades that scrape the entire jacketed surface make it easy and efficient to make all of your customers' favorites. Its water-resistant, splash-proof tilting controls smoothly pivot the kettle for easy pouring of even chunky products.
