Versatile heavy duty series freezer designed for ice cream extrusion at draw temperatures as low as 14F/-10C. Single pass freeze production also suitable for high volume production ice cream drawn at 22F/-5.6C or lower with type 80 solid dasher which is perfect for ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, extruded products, fine crystal water ices and frozen yogurt.
Full factory rebuild with digital automation, variable frequency pump drives (VFD), machine completely dis-assembled and new severe duty gear motor pump drives, integral motor control panel, all new electrical wiring and pneumatic components. All refrigeration control valves and piping, renewed freezing cylinder, dasher assembly and blades. renewed mix and product removal pumps, new severe duty dasher drive motor. new bearings, bushings, seals drive belts and misc components throughout. All new control panels.
Digital controls enable precise monitoring of mix flow, overrun air, product viscosity and cylinder pressure.
