The nEXT is a hybrid bearing compound turbomolecular pump. nEXT pumps combine our proven bearing technology (oil lubricated ceramic lower bearing with dry permanent magnetic upper bearing), an improved rotor design with a new molecular drag stage to deliver improved pumping speed and compression ratios, and user serviceability. They feature 24 V to 48 V DC sensor less motors with a built-in drive that is fully compatible with our range of TAG and TIC controllers.

nEXT turbomolecular pumps are hybrid bearing pumps with integrated controllers for pumping speeds from 47 to 1250 ls-1.

Optimized rotor designs - deliver high speeds and high compression.
Range of variants suitable for many applications - D = standard nEXT pump variant, H = optimized rotor design for high light gas compression and T = additional regenerative stage for increased compression and higher backing pressure capability
Integrated controller / electronics - offers direct I/O or serial control or can be connected to one of our TAG or TIC controllers for easy systemization.
Fully user serviceable - oil cartridge and bearings can be changed in the field with minimal tooling.
Inlet screen - supplied as standard
