Description

Stainless steel 60,000 gallon tank / silo, refrigerated with insulation, vertical orientation, Sanitary welds. (5) 3in. valves: 1 at the bottom, 4 feet from bottom, 8 feet from bottom, 12 feet from bottom, one that goes to the top and downward. CIP spray sanitation, Vertical refrigeration thru the center of the tank. Tank includes stainless steel serpentine coil for steam to dissolve solids at bottom of tank. (2) stainless manholes at the bottom and at the top. Insulated with 4in. thick polyurethane. Built in 1995, Previously used for storing juice at juice facility.

The tanks are 43 feet tall, 16 feet wide.  They can be cut in 3 pieces to transport.  

They will be able to hold oil or gasoline.  Gasoline is much lighter than concentrate and oil would weigh slightly less, therefore they will hold crude oil or gas.

The tanks have air vents at the top and UV lights. 

The base of the tank is fabricated of 12 gauge,  308 sanitary stainless steel.

These tanks were built in accordance with the Department of Transportation for shipping over the road on a goose neck trailer.   

The engineer that made them can also take them apart and reassemble on location.  

Material: 304 stainless steel, polished Epoxy paint on surface of poly urethane insulation

Is placed on concrete and only attached with stainless L’s for removal without damaging the bottom.  The bottom is FLAT and they are not pitted. 

Tanks are fabricated of 308 sanitary stainless steel. There are 10 rings which are 4 feet tall each and the dome is 3 feet, total height is 43 feet.

From top to bottom as follows: dome: 3 feet. 308 stainless steel, 12 gauge, domed. Top 3 rings; 12 feet. 308 sanitary stainless, 12 gauge second 3 rings: 12 feet. 308 sanitary stainless, 11 gauge bottom 4 rings: 16 feet: 308 sanitary stainless, 10 gauge bottom of tank is 308 sanitary stainless, 10 gauge these tanks were engineered to store a net weight of 674,040 pounds. These tanks stored very viscous food grade concentrate. This tank was designed to be able and move in 3 sections to fit over the road low boys. The fabricator is available to disassemble and refit at destination, at buyers expense.
